To start a return, please contact our customer support team first with a photo of the item(s) you'd like to return. We're unable to process returns without this step, so please don't send anything back before hearing from us.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.
Please note the following:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes that may apply to your return
- We are not liable for any damage to packaging during transit back to us — please ensure your items are packed securely
- We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed without a valid proof of postage, so please keep your tracking details until your return is fully processed
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached
The following items cannot be returned: underwear, final sale items, and items returned outside the 30-day window.
